CHIP of Roanoke Valley provides free early childhood home visiting services to pregnant people, children from birth to kindergarten entry, and their caregivers. Families are paired with a Community Health Nurse and Family Case Manager who provide ongoing guidance, connect families to resources, and help families navigate health and developmental needs.
